Welcome to the British Association of Singapore.

The British Association was established 50 years ago in 1956 to provide help and support to British expatriate families during their stay in Singapore.

The British Association has played an important role throughout the 50 years, helping establish The British Club and Gleneagles Hospital and is strongly connected to Tanglin Trust School.

Today we are here to help our members find their feet in a new country and to help our members to lead a happy and enjoyable life enriched by new friends, new interests and new opportunities by providing extensive social and sporting calendar from coffee mornings to Grand Balls.

As a member we send you a monthly copy of our magazine, The BEAM, which is a guide to our weekly, monthly and up and coming events accompanied by interesting articles mostly written by our members.

The British Association of Singapore is a non-profit organization mainly run by volunteers who work hard to offer our members a wide range of activities and events. We also organise fund-rasing events to help raise money for local charities in Singapore.

We have a wealth of information about living in Singapore and the answers to many day-to-day questions are just a phone call away.

Our office is located at 470 North bridge Road #03-06a North Bridge Commercial Complex , Singapore 188735

We all know what it is like to be new in another country, so feel free to browse through our web site.

Come and have fun with the B.A.!
