Payal is a south-east asian chef and published author of the cookbook “Curries for the Soul”. She runs a cooking school called “Commune Kitchen” in Bukit Timah and she also hosts hands-on cooking classes at Brettschneider’s baking and cooking school. Payal teaches mainly Thai, Indian and fusion cuisines and emphasizes on using seasonal produce and ocessed ingredients.
