Thai Cooking Class

Learn to cook, Tom Yam Gung, (sour & spicy shrimp and mushroom soup), Thai Papaya Salad and Thai Chicken Satay with chef Payal Thakaruni. Payal is a south-east asian chef and published author of the cookbook “Curries for the Soul”. She runs a cooking school called “Commune Kitchen” in Bukit Timah and she also hosts hands-on cooking classes at Brettschneider’s baking and cooking school. Payal teaches mainly Thai, Indian and fusion cuisines and emphasizes on using seasonal produce and ocessed ingredients.

Cancellation Policy

10% of your total amount will be charged if you do not notify us about your cancellation or any changes by 14 to 8 days before your scheduled arrival.30% of of your total amount will be charged if you do not notify us about your cancellation or any changes by 7 to 3 days before your scheduled arrival.
