Join with the German association to Yum Cha, we will visit a restaurant that has been operating for over 50 years to sample some Dim Sum. We will be in the fortunate position that Charlotte, our guide, can tell us about the food and recommend her favourite dishes. The restaurant is probably the only one in Singapore that still serves dim sum in traditional push carts
After our dim sum treat, it is the perfect time to learn about the art of drinking tea, which is believe to aid digestion. We will make our way to a heritage tea house which has been operating for close to 100 years in Singapore. Both a wholesaler and retailer of tea leaves, it is one of the few tea merchants in Singapore which still blend their own tea leaves using the traditional method. As a lovely bonus, we will leave with a beautiful tea set that comes with 5 packets of tea.
