Welcome to The British Association of Singapore!

Whether you are new to Singapore, or have been here a while, the British Association (BA) can help you make the very best of your time. With singles, couples and families of all ages we run a very lively schedule.

Summer Ball Tickets Available Now!

The social highlight of the year is fast approaching. The BA's Summer Ball on Saturday 1st June promises to be a fantastic evening of cocktails, dinner and dancing to live music from The Blackberries at the prestigious St Regis Hotel. Members are very welcome to bring house guests and non members so why not round up a group of friends from school/work/yoga/book club or your condo and book a table of 10 now! AGM - Thank You From Council

The BA Council would like to thank everyone who came to our AGM at Eden Hall on 30 April. Unfortunately Judy Blyth was unable to attend but Council thanked her, on behalf of the Association, for her three years' hard work as Chairman. We are pleased to announce that Drena Allcard was elected our new Chairman and Cathy Birch and Stephanie Brown are staying on Council as Vice-Chairmen. The BA members and guests who stayed on for the brunch afterwards were treated to an informative and entertaining talk from Josephine Chia on her book "Kampong Spirit".

Of course you don’t have to be British - we currently have over 28 different nationalities in the BA ranging from Turkish, to Australian, Kuwaiti, German, Czech and French as well as British!
